In the article [PASJ 62, 143-178 (2010)], table 2 includes incorrect values of Vrad for three stars, CD -24 17504, G 125-13, and LP 763-87. Table 2 should be replaced with the following table, in which these Vrad values are corrected. We note that since these incorrect values of Vrad are just typos, full space motions and orbital parameters of the corresponding stars presented in the original paper remain unchanged.
