Errata, Addenda, Stars: Variables: Cepheids, Galaxies: Magellanic Clouds

The star labeled ``A'' in Table 3 has an erroneous right ascension. The table lists the right ascension as 1h05m59.9s, while it should be 1h04m59.9s (J2000). This was pointed out to us by Brian Skiff of Lowell Observatory. All the other stars in the table have the correct coordinates. The following table corrects the error.
