The dependence on phase of the absorption spectral lines of the Beta Lyrae system was studied. The equivalent widths of 82 absorption lines were measured on spectrograms well spread over the entire light curve, and the results are presented. The dependence of the central intensities on phase were studied for selected lines. The resulting phase diagrams were qualitatively interpreted in accordance with the generally accepted model of the Beta Lyrae system.
