The plasma emission spectrum and luminosity are calculated theoretically for an optically thick fully ionized nonrelativistic H plasma with an electron density sufficiently low that the primary mechanism not conserving the number of photons is double Compton scattering. The results are considered applicable to quasar or galaxy models with accretion disks having super-Eddington luminosity and gas pressure dominated by radiation pressure.
