The system of ensemble-averaged equations of thermohydrodynamics proposed by the author in part I of this paper and for the description of turbulent convection in stars is closed. In the approximation of Wasiutynski's and Monin's semiempirical theories of turbulence, expressions are obtained for the turbulent energy fluxes and Reynolds stresses. Allowance is made for the radiative and molecular heat transfer of the pulsations and the compressibility of the gas. In the framework of Wasiutynski's theory, the turbulent transport coefficients form symmetric second-rank tensors. If they are isotropic, they can be described by a formula of Phillips and with a slight simplification are analogous to the coefficients of molecular transport.
