The energy spectrum of galactic-cosmic-ray modulation from the minimum to the maximum of solar activity is investigated. The value of modulation in different intervals of primary-particle rigidity is determined from neutron-counter data using the method of difference coupling coefficients, and from meson-telescope, balloon, and satellite measurements. The form of the energy spectrum and values of the relative modulation coefficient are determined.
