Experimental data are presented on the energy spectrum and charge composition of primary cosmic rays with an energy greater than 2 TeV and a charge from 1 (protons) to about 30. The measurements were made during Cosmos-1543 and Cosmos-1713 experiments using two sectional Cerenkov detectors and a sectional ionization calorimeter. The instruments used and some details of the experimental procedure are described.
