The Tien-Shan ionization calorimeter observed 2618 hadrons with an energy greater than about 3 TeV during 12,500 hours of operation. An integral energy spectrum for the hadrons is constructed on the basis of the data. Information on the energy transferred to the electron-photon component and on the total interaction energy was used to determine the effective partial inelasticity coefficient.
