Emission of energy from the Reissner-Nordostroem black hole is discussed using one-loop quantum correction to scalar fields. It is found that the temperature of the thermal spectrum is proportional to the Hawking temperature and has dependence on the distance from the hole. It is interesting to note that the temperature and luminosity decrease with the distance from the hole. On the basis of results, it is remarked that evaporating R-N black holes might have contributed to entropy and dark matter of the universe.
