We present long-slit CCD spectroscopy of 32 emission-line galaxies discovered by the Hamburg Quasar Survey. Classification of these galaxies using emission-line intensity ratios shows them to be excited by photoionization of hot stars with one exception showing Seyfert characteristics. Photographic reproductions of direct Schmidt plates are presented as finding charts and for morphological studies. In about 25 percent of the objects there is evidence for interaction with neighboring galaxies.
