Rotating Radio Transients (RRATs) are neutron stars characterized by strong radio bursts at repeatable dispersion measures, but are not detectable using standard periodicity-search algorithms. Characterizing the radio properties of these sources is crucial in order to relate them to other neutron star populations. We have measured the amplitude distributions of the RRATs, which are best described as lognormal distributions, along with the occasional anomalous bright pulse. We present a method for determining spectral indices from the fitted pulse amplitude distributions. These spectral indices for the brightest RRATs range from -1 to -3, with the error bars naturally dependent on the sporadic nature of each source. Both the lognormal pulse distributions and the power-law frequency dependence of mean flux are consistent with what we measure for normal pulsars, perhaps hinting at a common emission mechanism. The lognormal pulse distributions of RRATs are different from the observed distributions of giant pulsing pulsars and magnetars, which therefore further supports that the RRAT emission mechanism is more akin to that theorized for normal pulsars. We present results of dual-frequency radio observations which show that some RRATs bursts are relatively narrowband. We also present updated timing derived parameters for known RRATs and discuss the implications for the nature of these sources.
