The model of an SB galaxy with a three-axial ellipsoidal bar and bulge imbedded into the (disk, halo) system is considered. The collisionless analogs of Riemannian S ellipsoids with halo possess essential observational properties of bars. Both the collisionless and {liquid} models of the bulge, perpendicular to the bar, in the plane of rotation have fast internal motions in retrograde orbits. The angular momentum of these models is directed oppositely to the angular velocity of the system. This fact poses a difficulty for a bulge formation hypothesis, according to which bulges of SB galaxies form from the gas material of disk, transferred by the bar to the center of the galaxy.
