The authors present the reduction techniques and a complete BV photometry of the galaxies in three distant clusters: A 992 (z = 0.247), 3C 299 (z = 0.367) and 1305+295 (z = 0.28 or 0.95). A mainly automatic procedure is described to detect the objects, to fit their isophotes to elliptical contours and to integrate the intensity within elliptical contours and to integrate the intensity within elliptical annuli. An original procedure has been used to discriminate stars from galaxies. The catalogue with nine parameters including V25, B26.5 and B-V color indices will be published in Astron. Astrophys., Suppl. Ser.
