A recent study of time-dependent accretion disks around black holes has shown that the inner region is unstable against clumping of the gas into rings. The electromagnetic radiation is examined which could be emitted by charged rings falling into a black hole. The process of emission of electromagnetic radiation is analyzed by a perturbation analysis in a given background metric.
