The equations of electromagnetic fields of a slowly rotating magnetized neutron star in Saa's model of gravity with torsion are derived and the exterior solution is investigated. The following conclusions are reached: first, there is some specific solution for the electromagnetic field when Aô=0, second, there is not the solution at all when Aô?0. Therefore, whether torsion exists or not can be judged by observing the external electromagnetic field of the neutron star.
