The Return Flux Sunspot model (Osherovich, 1982) suggests that a magnetic separatrix on the boundary between the umbra and penumbra separates magnetic lines that go up to the corona from magnetic lines that return to the photosphere. Using the Kawakami (1983) observations of the magnetic field and outflow in unipolar round sunspots, we calculate the electrical conductivity across the sunspot within the framework of the RF model and compare it with values previously suggested.
