During the Compton Observatory survey of the sky in 1991-92, the EGRET high-energy gamma ray telescope observed this region several times. We will present a synoptic description of the region with particular attention to the point sources observed and their variability. At such moderate galactic latitudes the galactic diffuse background is an important factor, but it does not dominate the point sources as it does nearer the galactic plane. We will compare the theoretical model of the diffuse emission with the observations.

EGRET observations of a mid-latitude region: 10(deg) < b(II) < 45(deg) , -90(deg) < l(II) < 90(deg) does not yet have a rating. At this time, there are no reviews or comments for this scientific paper.
If you have personal experience with EGRET observations of a mid-latitude region: 10(deg) < b(II) < 45(deg) , -90(deg) < l(II) < 90(deg), we encourage you to share that experience with our LandOfFree.com community. Your opinion is very important and EGRET observations of a mid-latitude region: 10(deg) < b(II) < 45(deg) , -90(deg) < l(II) < 90(deg) will most certainly appreciate the feedback.
