We have completed a set of three-dimensional MHD simulations of jets with helical magnetic field configurations in order to examine the behavior of jets well behind the terminal shock. In all of these simulations, the jet is initially conical and the magnetic field at the inlet is sufficiently strong that the Alfven point is within the computational domain. This transition point has previously be shown (Hardee & Clarke 1995) in 2D to be associated with destabilization of the flow. Differences between these configurations may assist in the analysis of jet acceleration and collimation mechanisms.
