The results of a statistical analysis based on the data of the Davis Base radar experiment for the period June-December 1982 are given. It is shown that radioaurorae display the position of the cleft region. The location of the cleft is affected by the IMF Bz component and not by the AE index: the cleft is displaced toward the equator when Bz turns toward the South. The probability of the daytime redioaurorae increases and the second maximum of radioaurorae appears in the morning hours when the Dst index grows.
