A variety of current GRB models contain a few-M_odot black hole accreting matter from a disk at a rate 0.01 to 10 M_odot s^{-1}. We have numerically modeled relativistic disk accretion at these high rates, for which the disk is cooled by neutrino losses. We calculate the efficiency for producing a pair fireball along the rotational axis by neutrino annihilation. We also estimate the efficiency of the Blandford-Znajek mechanism in extracting rotational energy from the black hole. We discuss the sensitivity of the results to disk viscosity, black hole rotation rate, and black hole mass, and their implications for the viability of various gamma-ray burst models.
