In table2, we present effective temperatures and angular diameters of 217 B-type stars of all luminosity classes. The effective temperatures were determined with the bolometric-flux method and the angular diameters were calculated by fitting the observed energy distributions in the red spectral region with model atmospheres. The effective temperatures were used to calibrate the BCD spectrophotometric parameters (lambda1, D) given in the table, which were obtained with spectra of low resolution around the Balmer discontinuity. The BCD parameters are highly sensitive to the ionization balance in the photosphere and its gas pressure, and they are independent of the interstellar extinction. Table5 is a compilation of effective temperatures of the program stars determined by other authors.
