Results are reported for observations of several radio sources at a frequency of 102.5 MHz with a two-dimensional dipole-array antenna. The observations demonstrate that the angular dimensions of discrete sources have a pronounced effect on the form of the temporal spectra of interplanetary scintillations. It is shown that these spectra can be analyzed to determine the dimensions of scintillating sources in the range from 0.1 to 3 arcsec.
