Scientific paper

The paper presents results of multifrequency oblique sounding of a region with artificial ionospheric electron-density irregularities with transverse scales (with respect to the geomagnetic field) of 150-1600 m during the heating of the F-layer by high-power radio waves on latitudinally directed paths 230-320-km long. The dependence of the sounding radio waves on the pump-wave power is evaluated.
