GPS/Meteorology is a new field in GPS applications, in which the precise determination of zenith delay is a key point. There is a strong correlation between the vertical displacement and the zenith delay at a GPS station, so the effect of ocean tide on the precise determination of zenith delay should not be neglected. This paper processed and analyzed the GPS data of the Crust Movement Observation Network of China from 10th to 40th in 2001, and the result shows that the effects are about several millimeters. For example, they are ±7,mm for the coastal station Shanghai and ±1,mm for the inland station Wuhan in maximum.
