On the basis of observational facts which relate closely to the currents in AR 5395, it is considered that the direct key factor causing flare eruption is the enhancement of currents in the active region. The energy storing process of flare phenomena is analysed and the motion equation as well as the energy equation is established. According to the observational data of AR 5395, the theoretical computation and discussion are performed on the possibility of the occurrence of flares caused by current enhancement in the active region.
