The self-gravitational instability of an infinite homogeneous magnetized gas-particle medium in the presence of suspended particles is investigated. The conductivity of the medium is assumed to be finite. The dispersion relation is obtained for such a medium. It is found that in the presence of suspended particles a sufficient condition of instability is obtained by Jeans' criterion for a self-gravitating magnetized conducting gas-particle medium.
