NASA's Chandra X-Ray Observatory was launched on July 23, 1999 and began returning data in August 1999. The Chandra X-Ray Center (CXC) at the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics, which operates the satellite and its science center for NASA, is also charged with developing a program to disseminate Chandra's science results to educators and the public. We will discuss the range of Chandra outreach materials released to date, from the CXC's website (http://chandra.harvard.edu), through informal education materials, to the formal, standards-based education materials developed in conjunction with teachers. Collaborations with such organizations as the Wright Center for Science Education at Tufts, Rutgers University, the Maine Mathematics and Science Alliance, the AAVSO, NASA's SEU (Universe) Forum, JPL's Space Place, as well as school systems and teachers will be highlighted. Interested teachers and scientists can discuss opportuntites for involvement in upcoming projects. All Chandra education materials appear on the CXC website.
