Photometric observations of UW Bootis in U, B, and V filters are analyzed and compared with the data of Gaposchkin (1939). Examination of the light curve reveals that the primary minimum is symmetrical and its depth is 0.66 mag in all three filters. The total duration of the eclipse is 0.20 P. The mean value of time minima in U, B, and V filters was determined using the Kwee and Van Woerden (1956) method, and O-C values were calculated using the ephemeris. It is concluded that the period of UW Boo is constant, and no oscillations of the primary minimum with a period of ten years are detected.
