The eclipsing binary AV Hya is observed photoelectrically in U, B, and V
filters on 15 nights. The primary eclipse appeared to be total, having a
totality of 23 min duration. A modified period of 0.6834062 d is
obtained. Geometrical elements are determined only for the partial
transit case.
