The Sloan Digital Sky Survey telescope and imaging camera have been employed in numerous test and engineering runs since mid-1998. All of the early data were obtained with the telescope parked on the meridian and on the equator. Recently the telescope has been driven along great circles (off of the equator) at a near sidereal rate while clocking the imaging camera CCDs synchronously. We will discuss the several steps employed which lead to astrometric solutions for the data: acquisition and real-time analysis, the off-line reduction pipeline, and post-reduction quality analysis. The astrometric performance of the system will be assessed.
