Simple numerical models of protogalactic clouds are constructed, taking into account their intrinsic gravitational field and the gravitational field of dark matter. The clouds are shown to gain significant relative velocities and angular momentum which is higher than the spin momentum of giant spiral galaxies. This momentum can be transformed almost completely into the spin momentum of the condensation that is formed due to the binary noncentral collision and subsequent coalescence of two massive gaseous clouds.
