The dynamical interaction between the local interstellar cloud and solar wind is determined mainly by the self-consistent interaction between neutral H atoms and plasma protons. Because charge exchange is important, H and because the heliosphere is composed of 3 distinct plasma environments, a multi-fluid decomposition of the H distribution is suggested. We discuss the observable consequences of this interaction based on a 4-fluid model of the H and plasma heliosphere. Effect of varying the charge exchange cross section on H density inside the termination shock is considered. Also, H-H and H-proton collisions are of importance equal to that of charge exchange, and therefore must be included in future heliospheric models.
