The inverse-problem method of the statistical theory of oscillations is used to study Pc3 pulsations. It is confirmed that the H component of the geomagnetic field of the pulsations can be described by a linear-oscillator model with an inducing force under the effect of a Langevin source. It is shown that this model can be used to estimate the natural frequency and Q of the magnetospheric Alfven resonator at a specific magnetic shell.
