The images obtained by VEGA-2 spacecraft during the encounter with Halley's comet show interesting jet structures. A semi-empirical method has been developed and presented in this paper for the special near nucleus conditions to estimate the dust and gas contribution to brightness distribution. Some of the jets have been analysed using this modified Haser model.
