We present the results of a series of far ultraviolet tomographic spectral imaging experiments to measure the dust scattering and diffuse light in Orion and Scorpio. By recording simultaneous extinction and scattering spectra over a wide field of view we obtain new insight into the physical properties of dust in these regions. The data were obtained using a tomographic spectral imaging technique and optical system which allows us to record three dimensional data (e.g. RA, Dec, and wavelength) on a two dimensional detector. To our knowledge, this technique is unique in the 912 to 1400Å bandpass. This work was supported under NASA grant NAG5-690.
