Observational data obtained at IZMIRAN in the frequency ranges from 45 to 90, 93 to 186, and 180 to 230 MHz are used to analyze pulsations in a meter-wavelength noise storm. The main characteristic of the event is shown to be the alternation of groups of pulsations with opposite frequency drift. The results are compared with radio-emission records obtained at two widely spaced points at frequencies of 68 and 200 MHz. It is concluded that the pulsations in the present case are of solar origin.
