The quantum cosmology of a mini-superspace model with two scalar fields which can undergo double inflation is considered with particular emphasis on investigating the implications of the recent proposal of Halliwell (1988) and Moss (1988) that the 'correct' Wheeler-DeWitt equation should be invariant under conformal rescalings of the superspace metric. It is seen that the choice of Wheeler-DeWitt equation can have observational consequences, particularly when the ambiguities surrounding the implementation of the Hartle-Hawking (1983) boundary proposal are considered.
