The Astronomical Observatory in Belgrade was officially founded in 1887, although meetings of young Serbian astronomers occured unofficially at least from 1881. It has a rich history which follows very often the history of the country and the region where it is located. Therefore, it becomes reasonable to divide the history of the Observatory into several characteristic periods. Among them is that between 1925 and 1941 treated in the present publication.
