Ground-based radio astronomy observations of interplanetary scintillations contain information that can be used to determine the velocity distribution in the instantaneous solar wind pattern. In the present study, scintillation data obtained from observations at three locations are used to study the distribution of solar wind velocities. The basis parameters of the velocity distribution function are identified. Dispersion curves are plotted for these data.
