Photoelectric surface brightness distributions are calculated using multiaperture photometry in B in 10 normal and Seyfert galaxies of the sample discussed in the first paper. A comparison of surface brightness profiles from photoelectric scans along the major axis with those of multiaperture photometry shows that the latter are accurate within about 0m.2/sq. arc sec for galaxies with low or moderate inclination. No statistical significant differences were found between the color indexes of the central regions of normal and Seyfert galaxies.
