We investigate gas accretion flow onto a circum-planetary disk from a protoplanetary disk in detail by using high-resolution three-dimensional nested-grid hydrodynamic simulations, in order to provide a basis of satellite forming processes around giant planets. We show that most of gas accretion onto circum-planetary disks occurs nearly vertically toward the disk surface from high altitude, whereas gas in the midplane moves radially outward and escapes from the Hill sphere simultaneously. We obtain distribution of mass flux of the gas accretion onto circum-planetary disks and find that large fraction of of gas accretion occurs at the outer region of the disk, i.e., at about 0.1 times the Hill radius.
