The distances to 121 planetary nebulae are calculated through the use of an empirical relationship between the nebular ionized mass and radius. Such relation is established on the basis of recently determined electron densities and selected distances. The new distances are compared with values previously published, and reasons are given for their adoption, based on observed radio and H-beta fluxes. Finally, the adopted model is compared with the results produced by simple theoretical models for the central stars.
