Approximate (averaged) equations are derived from the obtained exact equations of translational-rotational motion of a system comprising a deformable planet and its satellite. Slow evolution of inclinations and rotations on time intervals that significantly exceed the periods of precession and nutation of the orbital plane is studied by means of these approximate equations.
