Photometric observations of GSC 1009.766 show it to be an eclipsing binary with a period of 2.16252+/-0.00023 days. The epoch of primary minimum is JD 2451072.55+/-0.02. The light curve is Algol like, with minima about 0.5 and 0.1 magnitudes deep. The spectral type is unknown which allows a wide range of possible system parameters. GSC 1057.1309 is a short period variable, probably a beta Cephei or delta Scuti with a period of 0.172675 days, but three other periods are possible.
