The optical cross identifications of seven ROSAT-VLA selected X-ray sources, were carried out by using 2.16 m telescope and OMR CCD spectrophotometry at the Beijing Astronomical Observatory, six of them, 2313+101, 2318+304, 0027+451, 0030+380, 0233+022c, 0336+223a were found to be new quasars, and the rest one, 0314+244 was found to be a new Seyfert galaxy.
