Analysis of ROTSE-III sky patrol fields reveals of a probable new CV which we designate ROTSE3 J214850-020622.2. The object was first detected in unfiltered CCD images taken on September 2.32 UT using the 0.45m ROTSE-IIIb telescope at McDonald Observatory in Texas. The position of the object is (J1000) RA: 327.21052, DEC: -2.10618. Discovery images indicated the brightness of 17.2 magnitude. We later observed the object at 16.8 magnitude on September 3.76 UT with ROTSE-IIId telescope at the Turkish National Observatory in Turkey.
