The discovery of a Seyfert galaxy with a large ring in a small group of anonymous galaxies is reported. The Seyfert is of type 2, with a heliocentric redshift of 20,226 km/s. A detailed photometric analysis of five galaxies of the group is provided. The brightest companion, which seems perturbed and connected to the ring, has a 4057 km/s lower redshift. A comparison is made with 4 other ring Seyferts, all IRAS sources. It is speculated that the ring was formed by an external event, possibly a high-velocity encounter, which also triggered the Seyfert activity.
