The paper considers a magnetic field growing in a complex active region which can 'break' into corona as a result of reconnection. This causes acceleration of a large mass of matter and a generation of a shock wave; initial parameters of the shock wave and of the stream of mass were determined. A type II burst is connected with the shock wave, and a moving type IV burst and large mass streams of matter (transients) are connected with the expanding magnetic field arch. Current instability developing at the expanding magnetic field boundary can be essential for the interpretation of a radio burst.
