New models are constructed of cool disklike clouds in magnetogravitational equilibrium, immersed in a warm low-density intercloud medium, and with the magnetic field a distorted part of the local galactic field. The area density distributions studied are all strongly centrally concentrated. For each such distribution there is again a lower limit f(c) to the nondimensional flux/mass parameter f, below which no equilibria exist. Unlike the less concentrated models studied earlier, the limiting cases do not have a ring of neutral points at the disk edge, but instead a minimum within the disk of the normal field component. In contrast to the earlier results, an increase in the central condensation now yields an increase in the value of f(c). The relevance of this result to stability against flux distribution is briefly discussed.
