The technique used to measure relic radiation dipole anisotropy in the Relic experiment is presented. The thermodynamic temperature of the dipole component was determined with 90 percent confidence; it is equal to 3.16 + or - 0.12 mK in the direction of alpha = 11 h 17 min + or - 10 min, delta = -7.5 deg + or - 2.5 deg. This corresponds to the rate of motion of an observer relative to the background of 350 + or - 15 km/s at a background temperature of 2.73 K.
